Halliford Station Path cleared

Spelthorne Liberal Democrat councillor Tom Fidler at Upper Halliford Station

Following feedback from local residents about the overgrowth on the path to Upper Halliford Station, Cllr Tom Fidler has worked with Neighbourhood Services to improve the area. The maintenance has seen the bushes cut back which has increased visibility on the path as they had been obscuring some of the streetlights.

Work is still being done to ensure the area is maintained, for example tackling the fly-tipping in this area, but also that the situation is not left untended for so long again. Tom will continue to work with local residents and the authorities on this, and wants to thank residents who have been working to maintain the area.
