Richmond Council now a Tory-Free zone

20 Jan 2024

It’s official. Following two by election victories in Teddington and Hampton on 18th January, the London borough of Richmond-upon-Thames is now a Tory-Free zone.

Not so long ago Richmond had a Conservative council and two Conservative MPs. Now it has two Liberal Democrat MPs and there is not a single Conservative councillor left.
